If nobody can help who knows better, you could try to log in with your OpenID and according to this go to http://www.dreamwidth.org/accountstatus.bml and delete it. But be careful that you're logged in with your OpenID!
Or you could try to check getting_started or ask there. I only saw one OpenID account deleted on my list, that's speakr2customrs.livejournal.com. Can't delete it from 'My Circle'.
